Refund & Cancellation Policy

When CADesk gives refunds, and how cancelling works.

Last updated 9 October 2026 · version 2026-10-09

Draft. This document is being reviewed by our lawyers and may change before launch. Highlighted details are still to be filled in.

1. Try before you pay

Every firm gets a free trial (currently 14 days), with no payment details needed, so you can make sure CADesk suits your practice before paying.

2. Cancelling

Plans do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. There are no cancellation charges.

After the paid period ends, you can keep working for 7 days; then your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view and download your data for 90 days. To have your account closed and data deleted sooner, write to info@cadesk.si.

3. Refunds

Payments are generally not refundable, because you can use the free trial first. We do refund in these cases:

  • You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount: we refund the extra in full.
  • Your first yearly plan: if you ask within 7 days of paying, we refund the full amount.
  • We end the agreement without you having broken it: we refund the unused part of your paid period.
  • The software was unavailable for a long period because of a fault on our side: we will offer a fair refund or extra time.

Monthly plans and partly used periods are not otherwise refunded. If you move to another plan part-way through a period, the unused part is credited towards the new plan straight away instead.

4. How to ask, and how long it takes

Email info@cadesk.si with your firm’s name and the invoice number. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. We issue a GST credit note for every refund.
