Each firm kept apart
Every record belongs to one firm. Another firm cannot open, change or even find it — and an automated check proves this on every update of the software.
Codes for important sign-ins
Partners and admins confirm each sign-in with a code sent to their email. Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords.
Passwords never readable
Sign-in passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Client portal logins in the credentials vault are encrypted, and each time one is viewed it is recorded.
Right access for each role
Partners, managers, staff, articles and viewers see only what their role allows; staff see the clients they are assigned to.
Complete audit trail
Sign-ins, changes, approvals, downloads and exports are recorded with who, when and from where — and cannot be edited.
Encrypted connections
The site works only over HTTPS, with strict browser security settings that block common attacks.
Backups
The database is backed up every night and checked, so it can be restored if ever needed.
Your data stays yours
If you stop using the service, you can still sign in, view and download your data. We do not sell or share it.
